A member of our own team carries out your survey in person or by video. We confirm shipment volume, check stairwell widths, lift capacities, loading bay access, and transit distances. Parking dispensations and building management requirements are identified at this stage. Your fixed price is confirmed here.  We don’t give out rough hourly estimates, and there is no price changes after booking.

 

Parking, Building Access, and Crew Allocation

Once your survey is complete, we can advise if you need to apply for parking dispensations through the relevant borough council, book lift slots and loading windows with your building’s concierge or management company, and allocate the correct vehicle and crew for your property. This is completed before moving day so there are no surprises on the day itself.

 

Moving Day

Our crew arrives with a confirmed plan, the correct protective materials, and a clear brief. Loading bay timings and communal area protection are managed throughout. Floor runners and lift padding are used in managed blocks and apartment buildings as standard.

 

Delivery and Placement at Your New Property

On arrival at your new property, we navigate local access and position the vehicle correctly. Items are unloaded and placed in the correct rooms according to your instructions. For managed buildings at the destination, the same concierge and loading bay coordination applies.
